Advice to adapt your Office to a new style of working
This is a consultation about changes to make the best use of your Office premises to suit a new style of working. The consultation can take place on site, or virtually, where details such as drawings and photographs can be sent in advance. This may include general advice on;
• Design ideas
• The process, from defining a project brief through to design and on to completion
• Information on building costs
• Discussion on likely building materials
• General Planning and Regulatory requirements
• The documents used for planning, tenders and building contracts
• Architect’s Services applicable to your project
Due to the limited time involved and information available it won’t be possible to design your project or provide specific planning advice during this consultation, however we can follow up with a written proposal for Architectural Services for your project, broken down into stages, from start to completion if you would like us to do so.
Our design consultancy services are available between 10am and 4:00pm on weekdays, virtually, or on site within the Greater Dublin Metropolitan Area only. Please Note: These design consultancy services are available on the basis that there is no Registered Architect engaged on the project being discussed, as per the RIAI Code of Conduct.

Cost: €350 including VAT
Virtual 1 Hour Office Transformation Consultation with a Registered Architect
Cost: €200 including VAT
